We’re looking for reliable, flexible team members to join the REDBAR team. As a REDBAR Team Member, you’ll rotate through multiple areas of the restaurant, including:

• Sanitation – Cleaning, washing, and organizing dishes and equipment.

• Cook – Preparing food items, plating, running orders and keeping prep areas clean.

• Barista – Making espresso drinks and other beverages, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.

• Bar – For employees over 21, making bar drinks, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, friendly team.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible. We keep a tight crew so reliability and dependability is critical.

• Willingness to learn multiple positions

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous food bar or coffee experience is a plus, but not required
